2006-12-01 - 7:17 p.m. I dream about jewelry a lot these days. Which is weird because I'm not much of a jewelry person. It started a few months ago when I started dreaming about ear-rings. I'd dream different designs and try to make them - with limited success. I've branched out now into jewelry that is really beyond my capabilities. A couple of weeks ago I dreamed I was given an engagement ring (I've no idea by who). It was a silver filigree pattern twining around one round clear stone in the middle. The stone was completely clear and unfaceted - it was like a drop of pure water and looking down into it was like looking down a well. The ring was light and it fit my finger perfectly. It slid on as if it belonged with me. Last night, I dreamt of a necklace of large flat turquoise stones. I'm not even fond of turquoise or of large necklaces. What is up with this? I have one of these dreams at least once a week now.
